I’m a technical writer/communicator, and the sole developer (and reader) of the blog ManuKhanna.com a personal mouth piece for me to to vent out my feelings and opinions about technology and life-in general.
Why I created this blog?
I’m not really sure, but I think it was just to see why the whole world was going crazy about it in 2005, and more importantly because the domain manukhanna.com was available. Initially I started this blog on WordPress.com, but after seeing how easy it was to setup a self-hosted blog, I took the plunge and chose WordPress, the open source bogging tool and publishing platform.
Now I like to treat this blog as my resume for people to check out my writing skills. I could have posted documents that I had created for my employers, but then that would mean that I’d have to blog from jail.
The number of posts isn’t something to be proud about, but I have every intention of increasing this number. Maybe, just maybe, I can earn a livelihood just from blogging, just like Amit Aggarwal of Digital Inspiration. While Amit gets about 3 million page views a month, I get 3, but I will keep striving.
